This series of high-speed refrigerated centrifuges features advanced intelligent control and is primarily used for the separation and collection of bacteria, cell debris, whole cells, large organelles, sulfate precipitates, and immune complexes.
High Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge Feature:
- Driving: Powered by a brushless AC variable-frequency motor, equipped with a soft braking system to protect samples from disturbance.
- Speed Control: Reaches maximum speed in approximately 14 seconds, with a deceleration time of about 15 seconds from full speed.
- Display: Operated via a microprocessor with a touch keypad, featuring both LED and LCD digital displays. The most recent program is saved automatically, and RCF can be set directly.
- Cooling: Utilizes a fully CFC-free compressor with a control valve for environmental protection. It offers low vibration, rapid cooling, and quiet operation.
- Rotor: Includes standby cooling to maintain the rotor at the desired temperature. Rotors can be autoclaved at 121°C for 20 minutes.
- Body Structure: Constructed with a high-quality steel exterior and a stainless steel chamber.
- Safety Protection: Equipped with a rotor identification system and multiple safety features, including lid locking during operation, as well as protection against overspeed, overtemperature, and imbalance.
- Control: Provides 10 levels of acceleration and deceleration, supports storage and recall of up to 40 programs, and includes both continuous and short-time operation modes for flexible centrifugation.
